Located right in the heart of downtown Avila Beach, steps from the beach, boardwalk, Bob Jones Trail, Avila Beach Golf Resort, wineries, restaurants, and coffee shops. Leave your cars in the garage and explore Avila on foot, bike, or trolley. Avila Beach has an incredible microclimate and is typically sunnier and warmer than any other beach location on the Central Coast. Your best vacation starts here! We donate 1% of our bookings to benefit the kind folks at the Marine Mammal Rescue Center.

“We live in Morro Bay, but we take lots of day trips to Avila because it’s so sunny. We decided to have a real staycation and be “tourists” for a weekend. Having the garage was perfect! We left our car on one side and stored our bikes and paddleboards in the other. We had SO much fun! We’ll be back!
